The Outevo 220 kW silent diesel generator set is built on the OTG300SC platform for factories, workshops and process plants that need a compact standby unit close to the production floor. It delivers 220 kW (275 kVA) prime power and 240 kW (300 kVA) standby power at 380/220 V, 50 Hz, 1500 rpm, with a 6LTAA9.5-G3 diesel engine driving a Stamford S4L1S-D4 or Leroy-Somer TAL A46 E alternator. The soundproof canopy measures 3,800 × 1,130 × 2,150 mm, so the set passes through a standard workshop door and can be installed indoors alongside the load it protects.
Every unit is assembled and load-tested on our own production lines. Shanghai Outevo Machinery Co., Ltd. has manufactured diesel and gas generator sets since 2006 from a 20,000 m² production base in Shandong, and more than 2,000 sets have been delivered to over 100 countries. At this rating the engine comes from the Cummins (DCEC) 6LTAA9.5 platform and is matched to the alternator for the load profile you specify, with a closed water-cooling circuit with forced fan and large-capacity water tank for steady temperature control under continuous load.
Protection is IP23 or higher and can be upgraded for dusty, humid or high-temperature workshops. Typical duty is automatic standby power for production lines, compressors, machine tools, HVAC, elevators and emergency lighting, started through an optional ATS when the grid fails. The Outevo manufacturing range covers 10–3,750 kVA in open frame, silent, containerized and mobile configurations, so the same engineering and service standard applies across the line.
The 6LTAA9.5-G3 engine, alternator and control system are mounted on a fabricated steel base frame with anti-vibration mounts and enclosed in a soundproof canopy. Multi-stage silencing and sound-absorbing materials reduce radiated noise, and canopy access doors with monitoring windows keep filters, gauges and service points reachable inside a plant room.
Rated 220 kW prime and 240 kW standby at 380/220 V, 50 Hz, 1500 rpm, the set covers continuous prime duty in plants without a firm grid connection as well as automatic standby duty for production equipment, with headroom for motor starting on compressors and machine tools.
This rating is built on the Cummins (DCEC) 6LTAA9.5 platform — 6LTAA9.5-G3 in the standard configuration — coupled to a Stamford S4L1S-D4 or Leroy-Somer TAL A46 E alternator. Coupling, alignment and full-load testing are carried out in our own production facility before the canopy is closed.
Coolant temperature is held steady by a closed intelligent water-cooling system with forced cooling fan and large-capacity water tank, which keeps the unit stable through long production shifts and in warm or dusty plant rooms.
Sealed dustproof, waterproof and anti-corrosion treatment to IP23 or higher, upgradable on request for workshops with airborne dust, humidity or high ambient temperature.
Optional ATS for automatic standby start, optional remote monitoring module, and project-specific control and protection schemes. Voltage and frequency settings are configured under OEM/ODM terms.
