This 1000 kW Containerized Diesel Generator Set is specified for mining and aggregate sites, district cooling and chiller plants, hospitals and institutional campuses. Typical duty for the 1000 kW set is continuous prime duty at high load factor, feeding main switchboards with motor-starting and step-load duty.
Assembly and full-load testing take place on Outevo’s own lines. The company has built diesel and gas sets including this 1000 kW class generator sets since 2006 at a 20,000 m² Shandong base served by a fully automatic line; over 2,000 sets have shipped to more than 100 countries.
The 1000 kW package is protected to IP23 or higher and can be uprated for dust, humidity, rain or heat.
A 40HQ container forms the enclosure for the 1000 kW set, with engine, alternator and control panel pre-mounted on an internal steel base. Doors and dedicated hatches keep service points open without stripping the shell.
1000 kW prime / 1100 kW standby at 380/220 V, 50 Hz, 1500 rpm — 1250 kVA. Duty assumed for the 1000 kW set is continuous prime duty at high load factor, feeding main switchboards with motor-starting and step-load duty.
The 1000 kW set can be built on diesel platforms from Cummins, Perkins, Weichai and Yuchai, engine matched to alternator, with alignment and full-load testing in our own facility.
Cooling on the 1000 kW set is closed-circuit water with a forced fan and generously sized tank, keeping temperatures steady in long runs and hot conditions.
Sealing and anti-corrosion treatment take the 1000 kW package to IP23 or higher, with higher ratings on request, so it stays in service through dust, rain, snow and temperature swings.
For the 1000 kW unit, ATS, remote monitoring, cable winch and quick connectors shorten wiring and starting; mounting and control settings follow your project specification.
