The Outevo 900 kW silent diesel generator set is built by Shanghai Outevo Machinery Co., Ltd. on the OTG1250SC platform, for oil and gas field work, gathering stations and pipeline support sites where the grid is absent or is not accepted as the primary source. It delivers 900 kW (1125 kVA) prime power and 1000 kW (1250 kVA) standby power at 380/220 V, 50 Hz, 1500 rpm, with the KTA38-G9E diesel engine coupled to a Stamford S6L1D-F4 or Leroy-Somer LSA 50.2 M6 alternator. The complete assembly is enclosed in a soundproof canopy measuring 6,058 × 2,438 × 2,896 mm, so the set can be sited near accommodation blocks, control rooms and pump stations where open-frame noise would be a problem.
Every unit is assembled and load-tested on our own production lines. Shanghai Outevo Machinery Co., Ltd. has manufactured diesel and gas generator sets since 2006 from a 20,000 m² production base in Shandong, and more than 2,000 sets have been delivered to over 100 countries. At this rating the engine is drawn from the Cummins (DCEC) KTA38 platform and matched to the alternator before the canopy framing is fitted; the closed water-cooling circuit with forced fan and large-capacity water tank holds temperature steady through long continuous duty in high ambient heat.
Protection is IP23 or higher and can be upgraded for dusty, humid or salt-laden environments. Typical duty is prime power for drilling support, wellhead and gathering-station equipment, and standby power for pipeline pumping, metering and control buildings. The Outevo manufacturing range covers 10–3,750 kVA in open frame, silent, containerized and mobile configurations, so the same engineering and service standard applies across the line.
The KTA38-G9E engine, alternator and control system sit on a fabricated steel base frame with anti-vibration mounts, fully enclosed by a soundproof canopy. Multi-stage silencing structure and sound-absorbing linings cut radiated noise, while canopy access doors and monitoring windows keep filters, gauges and service points reachable.
Rated 900 kW prime and 1000 kW standby at 380/220 V, 50 Hz, 1500 rpm, the set carries continuous prime duty on oil and gas sites and automatic standby duty through an optional ATS, with headroom for the motor-starting surges typical of pump and compressor loads.
This rating is built on the Cummins (DCEC) KTA38 platform — KTA38-G9E in the standard configuration — coupled to a Stamford S6L1D-F4 or Leroy-Somer LSA 50.2 M6 alternator. Coupling, alignment and full-load testing are carried out in our own production facility before the canopy is closed.
A closed intelligent water-cooling system with forced cooling fan and large-capacity water tank holds coolant temperature steady, so the set can run long continuous cycles in high ambient temperatures and in dusty or humid field conditions.
Sealed dustproof, waterproof and anti-corrosion treatment to IP23 or higher, upgradable on request for desert dust, coastal humidity, rain and temperature extremes.
Optional automatic transfer switch (ATS), remote monitoring module, cable winch and quick connectors simplify on-site wiring and start-stop procedures. Voltage and frequency settings, control and protection schemes are configured to the project specification under OEM/ODM terms.
