The Outevo 320 kW silent diesel generator set is built on the OTG440SC platform for food and beverage plants, cold stores and packing halls where a power interruption puts product, hygiene cycles or refrigeration at risk. It delivers 320 kW (400 kVA) prime power and 352 kW (440 kVA) standby power at 380/220 V, 50 Hz, 1500 rpm, with a 6ZTAA13-G2 diesel engine coupled to a Stamford S4L1D-F4 or Leroy-Somer TAL A473 A alternator. The soundproof canopy measures 4,800 × 1,380 × 2,240 mm, which keeps the set compact enough to position near the plant room or loading area it serves.
Every unit is assembled and load-tested on our own production lines. Shanghai Outevo Machinery Co., Ltd. has manufactured diesel and gas generator sets since 2006 from a 20,000 m² production base in Shandong, and more than 2,000 sets have been delivered to over 100 countries. At this rating the engine is drawn from the Cummins (DCEC) 6ZTAA13 platform and matched to the alternator for the duty you specify, with closed water-cooling, forced fan and a large-capacity water tank to hold temperature steady through long runs.
Protection is IP23 or higher and can be upgraded for wet or dusty areas such as wash-down zones and milling floors. Typical duty is automatic standby power for refrigeration, processing and packing lines, plus prime power for plants whose supply cannot carry peak demand. The Outevo manufacturing range covers 10–3,750 kVA in open frame, silent, containerized and mobile configurations, so the same engineering and service standard applies across the line.
The 6ZTAA13-G2 engine, alternator and control system are carried on a fabricated steel base frame with anti-vibration mounts, enclosed by a soundproof canopy. Multi-stage silencing structure and sound-absorbing materials limit radiated noise on site, while canopy access doors and monitoring windows allow filter changes, gauge checks and fault finding without opening the enclosure.
Rated 320 kW prime and 352 kW standby at 380/220 V, 50 Hz, 1500 rpm, the set covers automatic standby duty for refrigeration, processing and packing equipment as well as continuous prime duty where the grid is weak, with headroom for refrigeration compressor starting.
This rating is built on the Cummins (DCEC) 6ZTAA13 platform — 6ZTAA13-G2 in the standard configuration — coupled to a Stamford S4L1D-F4 or Leroy-Somer TAL A473 A alternator. Coupling, alignment and full-load testing take place in our own production facility before the canopy is closed.
A closed intelligent water-cooling system with forced cooling fan and large-capacity water tank keeps coolant temperature stable, so the set can run extended cycles in warm plant rooms and humid processing areas without derating.
Sealed dustproof, waterproof and anti-corrosion treatment to IP23 or higher, upgradable on request for wash-down areas, flour or sugar dust and high-humidity environments.
Optional ATS for automatic standby start, optional remote monitoring module, and control and protection schemes set to the project specification. Voltage and frequency are configured under OEM/ODM terms.
