The Outevo 1100 kW Containerized Diesel Generator Set is used for process plants and heavy machinery, mining and aggregate sites, district cooling and chiller plants, typically continuous prime duty at high load factor. Loads are normally main switchboards with motor-starting and step-load duty.
Every unit is assembled and load-tested on our own production line for the 1100 kW classs. Shanghai Outevo Machinery Co., Ltd. has manufactured diesel and gas sets including this 1100 kW rating generator sets since 2006 from a 20,000 m² production base in Shandong with a fully automatic line, and more than 2,000 sets have been delivered to over 100 countries.
Protection on the 1100 kW set is IP23 or higher, upgradable for dusty, humid, rainy or high-temperature sites.
The 1100 kW engine, alternator and PLC panel are clamped to a fabricated steel base inside a 40HQ container shell, so the station arrives as one transportable package with doors and reserved access panels keeping filters, belts and terminals reachable.
Rated 1100 kW prime and 1210 kW standby at 380/220 V, 50 Hz, 1500 rpm. The 1100 kW set is sized for continuous prime duty at high load factor, feeding main switchboards with motor-starting and step-load duty.
For the 1100 kW rating, diesel engines are drawn from Cummins, Perkins, Weichai and Yuchai platforms and matched to the alternator; coupling, alignment and full-load testing happen in our own works.
A closed intelligent water-cooling system with forced fan and large-capacity water tank holds the 1100 kW set at stable temperature through high ambient and long continuous cycles.
Sealed dustproof, waterproof and anti-corrosion treatment brings the 1100 kW set to IP23 or higher, upgradable for demanding environments; it keeps running in dust, rain, snow and temperature extremes.
On the 1100 kW set, an optional automatic transfer switch, remote monitoring module, cable winch and quick connectors simplify site wiring and start-stop; mounting, control, protection and voltage settings follow the project specification.
