Heavy-duty natural gas generator sets for sites without a reliable grid

1000 kW prime / 1100 kW standby — 1250 kVA — built as a natural gas package package for heavy industrial and project power.

The Outevo 1000 kW Natural Gas Generator Set is used for process plants and heavy machinery, mining and aggregate sites, district cooling and chiller plants, typically continuous prime duty at high load factor. Loads are normally main switchboards with motor-starting and step-load duty.

Every unit is assembled and load-tested on our own production line for the 1000 kW class. Shanghai Outevo Machinery Co., Ltd. has manufactured diesel and gas generator sets since 2006 from a 20,000 m² manufacturing facility with a fully automatic line, and more than 2,000 sets have been delivered to over 100 countries.

Protection on the 1000 kW set is IP23 or higher, upgradable for dusty, humid, rainy or high-temperature sites.

Heavy-Duty Natural Gas Construction

The 1000 kW gas engine, alternator and control panel are mounted on a fabricated steel base on anti-vibration mounts, gas-piped and wired as one package before dispatch.

1000 kW Prime / 1100 kW Standby Duty

Rated 1000 kW prime and 1100 kW standby at 380/220 V, 50 Hz, 1500 rpm. The 1000 kW set is sized for continuous prime duty at high load factor, feeding main switchboards with motor-starting and step-load duty.

Tier-1 Natural Gas Engine Platforms

For the 1000 kW rating, gas engines are drawn from Cummins and Weichai platforms and matched to the alternator; coupling, alignment and full-load testing happen in our own works.

Closed Water-Cooling with Forced Fan

A closed intelligent water-cooling system with forced fan and large-capacity water tank holds the 1000 kW set at stable temperature through high ambient and long continuous cycles.

Industrial Protection and Environmental Adaptability

Sealed dustproof, waterproof and anti-corrosion treatment brings the 1000 kW set to IP23 or higher, upgradable for demanding environments; it keeps running in dust, rain, snow and temperature extremes.

Flexible Configuration and Fast Deployment

On the 1000 kW set, an optional automatic transfer switch, remote monitoring module, cable winch and quick connectors simplify site wiring and start-stop; mounting, control, protection and voltage settings follow the project specification.
