2006–2021 | Building the Base, Going Global
Our manufacturing base in the Jining High-Tech Zone, Shandong was established in 2006 — a facility that has grown into a 70,000+ m² campus with full research, production, and load-testing capabilities. From this base, we expanded beyond diesel generator sets into gas generator sets, mobile lighting towers — introducing the world's first LED lighting tower — and hybrid energy systems. Our solutions earned the trust of leading institutions across China, including Vanke, China Huaneng Group, Peking Union Medical College Hospital, China Unicom, and Zijin Mining, supported by a nationwide network of 40+ authorized distributors. As our capabilities matured, our power solutions went global — today spanning more than 100 countries, from an 8MW coal-mine gas power project in Shanxi, to a 12MW gas power plant in Nigeria, and black-start solutions for a 1,800MW combined-cycle power plant in Saudi Arabia. In 2021, we deepened our investment in the Jining base, integrating research, manufacturing, and global sales into one efficient supply chain.

In 2024, we formalized our international business under a dedicated global brand — Outevo — with a global operations center in Shanghai.
