Heavy-duty open frame diesel generator sets for sites without a reliable grid
Rated 1100 kW prime and 1210 kW standby at 1375 kVA, supplied as a open frame set unit for heavy industrial and project power.
Where it is installed — district cooling and chiller plants, hospitals and institutional campuses, oil and gas field facilities — the 1100 kW set works at continuous prime duty at high load factor. Distribution for the 1100 kW set is usually through main switchboards with motor-starting and step-load duty.
Each 1100 kW set is assembled and load-tested in our own works. Outevo has produced diesel and gas sets including this 1100 kW rating generating sets since 2006 from a 20,000 m² manufacturing facility with a fully automatic line, and has delivered more than 2,000 sets to over 100 countries.
IP23 or higher protection is standard on the 1100 kW set, with higher grades available for dust, humidity, rain or heat.

Tier-1 Diesel Engine Platforms
Engine options for the 1100 kW diesel set are Cummins, Perkins, Weichai and Yuchai; whichever is specified, the engine is matched to the alternator and load-tested in our own works.
Closed Water-Cooling with Forced Fan
The 1100 kW package uses closed water-cooling with forced ventilation and a large-capacity tank, holding temperatures steady during extended continuous duty in hot climates.
Industrial Protection and Environmental Adaptability
Enclosure sealing and anti-corrosion finishing are rated IP23 or higher on the 1100 kW set, upgradable for harsher sites, treating dust, rain, snow and temperature extremes as normal conditions.
