200 kW prime / 220 kW standby — 250 kVA — built as a soundproof canopy set package for mid-size industrial and site power.

The Outevo 200 kW Silent Diesel Generator Set is used for production lines and compressors, hotels and commercial buildings, data and telecom rooms, typically continuous prime duty with regular load swings. Loads are normally panel boards with mixed motor and lighting loads.

Every unit is assembled and load-tested on our own production line for the 200 kW class. Shanghai Outevo Machinery Co., Ltd. has manufactured diesel and gas generator sets since 2006 from a 20,000 m² manufacturing facility with a fully automatic line, and more than 2,000 sets have been delivered to over 100 countries.

Protection on the 200 kW set is IP23 or higher, upgradable for dusty, humid, rainy or high-temperature sites.

Heavy-Duty Silent Construction

The 200 kW engine and alternator sit on a fabricated steel base inside a soundproof canopy on anti-vibration mounts, with removable panels onto every routine service point.

200 kW Prime / 220 kW Standby Duty

Rated 200 kW prime and 220 kW standby at 380/220 V, 50 Hz, 1500 rpm. The 200 kW set is sized for continuous prime duty with regular load swings, feeding panel boards with mixed motor and lighting loads.

Tier-1 Diesel Engine Platforms

For the 200 kW rating, diesel engines are drawn from Cummins, Perkins, Weichai and Yuchai platforms and matched to the alternator; coupling, alignment and full-load testing happen in our own works.

Closed Water-Cooling with Forced Fan

A closed intelligent water-cooling system with forced fan and large-capacity water tank holds the 200 kW set at stable temperature through high ambient and long continuous cycles.

Industrial Protection and Environmental Adaptability
