One open frame set package, 300 kW prime and 330 kW standby (375 kVA), aimed at mid-size industrial and site power.

This 300 kW Open Frame Diesel Generator Set is specified for hotels and commercial buildings, data and telecom rooms, quarries and crushing plants. Typical duty for the 300 kW set is continuous prime duty with regular load swings, feeding panel boards with mixed motor and lighting loads.

Assembly and full-load testing take place on Outevo’s own lines. The company has built diesel and gas sets including this 300 kW class generator sets since 2006 at a 20,000 m² manufacturing facility served by a fully automatic line; over 2,000 sets have shipped to more than 100 countries.

The 300 kW package is protected to IP23 or higher and can be uprated for dust, humidity, rain or heat.

Heavy-Duty Open Frame Construction

The 300 kW package is assembled and tested as one unit before dispatch, because site assembly is the hardest thing to organise when the location is only reachable by road.

Design duty at 300 kW prime and 330 kW standby is long unattended running, which is why the service points are arranged for access without specialist tooling.

Tier-1 Diesel Engine Platforms

The engine is drawn from the Cummins, Perkins, Weichai and Yuchai platforms, matched to the alternator and load-tested before shipment so the set arrives proven rather than assembled on site.

Closed Water-Cooling with Forced Fan

Closed-circuit water cooling with forced fan and a large water tank is specified for sites where nobody is available to top up coolant or clear a fouled radiator.

Industrial Protection and Environmental Adaptability

Sealed dustproof, waterproof and anti-corrosion treatment to IP23 or higher, with uprated protection for desert dust, coastal humidity and unpaved access roads.

Flexible Configuration and Fast Deployment

ATS, remote monitoring, cable winch and quick connectors can be specified, and the enclosure is arranged so filters and service items are reached from outside the machine.
