Heavy-duty natural gas generator sets for sites without a reliable grid

300 kW prime / 330 kW standby — 375 kVA — built as a natural gas package package for mid-size industrial and site power.

Offices, retail and mixed-use buildings need a supply that carries services without becoming a nuisance to tenants or neighbours. This 300 kW silent set (375 kVA prime, 330 kW standby) is specified for that role. The critical loads are lifts, HVAC, pumps and building management, all started at once when the mains drops. The 6ZTAA13-G3 engine is matched to the 300 kW rating with headroom for those starting surges.

Every unit is assembled and load-tested on our own production line for the 300 kW class. The unit is enclosed in a sound-absorbing canopy measuring 4,800 × 1,380 × 2,240 mm and protected to IP23 or higher, so it can be installed in a service yard or basement plant room. Each set is load-tested before shipment. Shanghai Outevo Machinery Co., Ltd. has manufactured diesel and gas generator sets since 2006 from a 20,000 m² manufacturing facility, and more than 2,000 sets have been delivered to over 100 countries.

Protection on the 300 kW set is IP23 or higher, upgradable for dusty, humid, rainy or high-temperature sites.
