20 kW prime / 22 kW standby — 25 kVA — built as a road-towable lighting tower package for small commercial and light industrial.

The Outevo 20 kW Mobile Light Tower is used for retail units and small offices, workshops and repair bays, guesthouses and small clinics, typically intermittent prime duty with frequent start-stop cycles. Loads are normally light single-unit distribution boards.

Every unit is assembled and load-tested on our own production line for the 20 kW class. Shanghai Outevo Machinery Co., Ltd. has manufactured diesel and gas generator sets since 2006 from a 20,000 m² production base in Shandong with a fully automatic line, and more than 2,000 sets have been delivered to over 100 countries.

Protection on the 20 kW set is IP23 or higher, upgradable for dusty, humid, rainy or high-temperature sites.

The 20 kW diesel package and the mast share one road-towable chassis, the mast folded for transport and raised on site by winch.

20 kW Prime / 22 kW Standby Duty

Rated 20 kW prime and 22 kW standby at 380/220 V, 50 Hz, 1500 rpm. The 20 kW set is sized for intermittent prime duty with frequent start-stop cycles, feeding light single-unit distribution boards.

Tier-1 Diesel Engine Platforms

For the 20 kW rating, diesel engines are drawn from Cummins, Perkins, Weichai and Yuchai platforms and matched to the alternator; coupling, alignment and full-load testing happen in our own works.

Closed Water-Cooling with Forced Fan

A closed intelligent water-cooling system with forced fan and large-capacity water tank holds the 20 kW set at stable temperature through high ambient and long continuous cycles.

Industrial Protection and Environmental Adaptability

Sealed dustproof, waterproof and anti-corrosion treatment brings the 20 kW set to IP23 or higher, upgradable for demanding environments; it keeps running in dust, rain, snow and temperature extremes.

Can the voltage and frequency be customised?

Yes. 380/220 V and 50 Hz are the published standard for the 20 kW rating, but voltage and frequency are set to your project specification under OEM/ODM terms, including 60 Hz and medium-voltage requirements where the project calls for them.
