Uninterrupted power supply at critical moments defines the core mission of backup power sources. Recently, our 600kW SDEC diesel generator set has completed on-site installation, wiring and commissioning, and been successfully handed over to the project client. Every procedure, ranging from equipment mobilization, engine room adaptation and assembly of battery starting system to unit joint commissioning, has been strictly controlled to build a stable and reliable foundation of emergency power guarantee for the project.

The delivered unit is equipped with a high-power SDEC diesel engine. As a well-proven domestic power platform, it features ample power reserve and outstanding heavy-load performance, perfectly suited for long-term standby operation.
✅ 24V High-Capacity Starting Battery Pack Four units of 6-FNM-670G starting batteries are configured and connected in two series to form a 24V starting system. It ensures powerful motor cranking even under low-temperature conditions and addresses the difficulty in starting high-power diesel engines.
✅ Integrated Water-Cooled Heat Dissipation System Matched with a large radiator assembly, it delivers efficient heat dissipation in enclosed engine rooms, stabilizes the operating temperature of the unit and prevents power derating or shutdown failures caused by overheating.
✅ Intelligent Control System Fitted with a multi-functional controller, it monitors oil pressure, coolant temperature, voltage, current and operating hours in real time. It provides automatic protection against overload, overheating and low oil pressure. The set can auto-start upon mains power failure and auto-stop once grid power resumes, enabling unattended operation.
✅ Engine Room Adaptive Design The exhaust system adopts insulated corrugated pipes to safely discharge exhaust gas outdoors. Matching air intake louvers and vibration damping bases are supplied to reduce operational vibration and noise, complying with indoor engine room installation codes.
Our on-site team finished unit positioning and leveling, vibration pad installation, fuel pipeline laying, battery wiring and exhaust pipeline connection. Circuit phase verification and itemized static inspections were carried out rigorously. After hardware assembly, the whole unit underwent commissioning. Power outage scenarios were simulated to test startup logic and verify all operational parameters. Once the unit’s start-stop performance and safety protection functions were fully verified, the unit was formally delivered and put on standby.
From equipment selection and manufacturing to on-site installation, commissioning and handover, reliability remains our top priority. Built on mature power technology and supported by rigorous construction practices, we deliver trustworthy emergency power supply solutions to more clients.
