One 40HQ container package package, 1000 kW prime and 1100 kW standby (1250 kVA), aimed at heavy industrial and project power.

This 1000 kW Containerized Diesel Generator Set is specified for mining and aggregate sites, district cooling and chiller plants, hospitals and institutional campuses. Typical duty for the 1000 kW set is continuous prime duty at high load factor, feeding main switchboards with motor-starting and step-load duty.

Assembly and full-load testing take place on Outevo’s own lines. The company has built diesel and gas sets including this 1000 kW class generator sets since 2006 at a 20,000 m² manufacturing facility served by a fully automatic line; over 2,000 sets have shipped to more than 100 countries.

The 1000 kW package is protected to IP23 or higher and can be uprated for dust, humidity, rain or heat.

Heavy-Duty Container Construction

The 1000 kW package travels as one unit on its base frame with lifting points, so it can be repositioned between work fronts without dismantling the enclosure or the control panel.

1000 kW Prime / 1100 kW Standby Duty

Design duty at 1000 kW prime and 1100 kW standby covers staged demand during construction, where the connected load grows as the works progress rather than being fixed at handover.

Tier-1 Diesel Engine Platforms

The engine is drawn from the Cummins, Perkins, Weichai and Yuchai platforms, aligned to the alternator and fully load-tested before shipment, which matters where the set stands idle for weeks between campaigns.

Closed Water-Cooling with Forced Fan

Closed-circuit water cooling with forced fan and a large water tank holds temperature through long shifts on open sites where the set is exposed to sun and dust.

Industrial Protection and Environmental Adaptability

Sealed dustproof, waterproof and anti-corrosion treatment to IP23 or higher, uprated where the set is sited on exposed ground or near coastal works.

Flexible Configuration and Fast Deployment

ATS, remote monitoring, cable winch and quick connectors can be specified so the set moves with the works and connects to a temporary distribution board quickly.
