The Outevo 10–3,750 kva open frame diesel generator set range is built by Shanghai Outevo Machinery Co., Ltd. for small and medium factories and commercial sites without a reliable grid. Each rating in the range is configured with a diesel engine, a brushless alternator and a control system matched to the ordered duty.
Every unit is assembled and load-tested on our own production lines. Shanghai Outevo Machinery Co., Ltd. has manufactured diesel and gas generator sets since 2006 from a 20,000 m² production base in Shandong, and more than 2,000 sets have been delivered to over 100 countries for mining, data center, telecom and emergency power projects. This 10–3,750 kVA set is configured on Tier-1 diesel engine platforms — Cummins, Perkins, Weichai and Yuchai — matched to the alternator for the rating and equipped with a closed intelligent water-cooling system with forced cooling fan and large-capacity water tank for precise temperature control under continuous load.
Designed for harsh and remote conditions, the unit is protected to IP23 or higher and can be upgraded for dusty, humid, rainy or high-temperature environments. It serves as prime power for construction sites, quarry and mining operations, oil and gas field works and remote facilities, and as standby power for factories, workshops, warehouses and commercial buildings. Outevo’s manufacturing range covers 10–3,750 kVA in open frame, silent, containerized and mobile configurations, so the same engineering and service standard applies across the line.
The engine, alternator and control system are mounted on a rigid fabricated steel base frame with integrated anti-vibration mounts inside the open frame skid. Service points stay reachable so inspection, filter changes and fault finding can be carried out on site.
Ratings across the 10–3,750 kVA range are configured at 380/220 V, 50 Hz, 1500 rpm, for continuous prime power at small and medium factories as well as automatic standby duty at commercial sites without a reliable grid.
Diesel engines are selected from Cummins, Perkins, Weichai and Yuchai platforms and matched to the alternator for each rating in the range. Coupling, alignment and full-load testing are carried out in our own production facility.
A closed intelligent water-cooling system with forced cooling fan and large-capacity water tank maintains precise temperature control, allowing stable operation in high ambient temperatures and long continuous load cycles in dusty or high-humidity sites.
Sealed dustproof, waterproof and anti-corrosion treatment to IP23 or higher, upgradable upon customization for demanding environments. The set keeps running in dust, rain, snow and temperature extremes, extending service life in outdoor and industrial applications.
Optional automatic transfer switch (ATS), remote monitoring module, cable winch and quick connectors simplify on-site wiring and start-stop procedures. Skid or base-frame mounting, control and protection schemes, and voltage and frequency settings are configured to the project specification under OEM/ODM terms.
