One biogas package package, 1000 kW prime and 1100 kW standby (1250 kVA), aimed at heavy industrial and project power.

This 1000 kW Biogas Generator Set is specified for mining and aggregate sites, district cooling and chiller plants, hospitals and institutional campuses. Typical duty for the 1000 kW set is continuous prime duty at high load factor, feeding main switchboards with motor-starting and step-load duty.

Assembly and full-load testing take place on Outevo’s own lines. The company has built diesel and gas sets including this 1000 kW class generator sets since 2006 at a 20,000 m² Shandong base served by a fully automatic line; over 2,000 sets have shipped to more than 100 countries.

The 1000 kW package is protected to IP23 or higher and can be uprated for dust, humidity, rain or heat.

Engine, alternator and control panel for the 1000 kW gas unit sit on a fabricated base, with the gas train pressure-tested and the package wired before dispatch.

At 380/220 V, 50 Hz and 1500 rpm the set delivers 1000 kW prime / 1100 kW standby, 1250 kVA. It is specified for continuous prime duty at high load factor.

Closed Water-Cooling with Forced Fan
