One 40HQ container package package, 1300 kW prime and 1440 kW standby (1625 kVA), aimed at heavy industrial and project power.

This 1300 kW Containerized Diesel Generator Set is specified for mining and aggregate sites, district cooling and chiller plants, hospitals and institutional campuses. Typical duty for the 1300 kW set is continuous prime duty at high load factor, feeding main switchboards with motor-starting and step-load duty.

Assembly and full-load testing take place on Outevo’s own lines. The company has built diesel and gas sets including this 1300 kW class generator sets since 2006 at a 20,000 m² Shandong base served by a fully automatic line; over 2,000 sets have shipped to more than 100 countries.

The 1300 kW package is protected to IP23 or higher and can be uprated for dust, humidity, rain or heat.

Heavy-Duty Container Construction

The 1300 kW package is built on a rigid steel base frame that travels to site as one unit, with the enclosure protected against dust and gravel thrown up during haulage between benches.

1300 kW Prime / 1440 kW Standby Duty

Design duty at 1300 kW prime and 1440 kW standby is continuous pit operation at high load factor, with allowance for the repeated motor starting of crushers and dewatering pumps.

Tier-1 Diesel Engine Platforms

The engine is drawn from the Cummins, Perkins, Weichai and Yuchai platforms, then matched and aligned to the alternator before full-load testing on our own production line.

Closed Water-Cooling with Forced Fan

Closed-circuit water cooling with forced fan and a large water tank is specified because pit temperatures and altitude both reduce cooling margin at this rating.

Industrial Protection and Environmental Adaptability

Sealed dustproof, waterproof and anti-corrosion treatment to IP23 or higher, uprated on request for dust-laden benches and unshaded sites where ambient climbs through the afternoon.

Flexible Configuration and Fast Deployment

ATS, remote monitoring, cable winch and quick connectors can be specified so the set can be relocated with the working face without re-terminating the distribution.

1. Pit and bench lighting Carries the floodlighting and auxiliary loads that keep a night shift productive, running through the full shift rather than short standby duty.

2. Crushers, conveyors and screens Powers crushing and conveying equipment where a stopped line backs up the whole plant, with headroom for the motor-starting surges of large drives.
