This 800 kW Open Frame Diesel Generator Set is specified for mining and aggregate sites, district cooling and chiller plants, hospitals and institutional campuses. Typical duty for the 800 kW set is continuous prime duty at high load factor, feeding main switchboards with motor-starting and step-load duty.

Assembly and full-load testing take place on Outevo’s own lines. The company has built diesel and gas sets including this 800 kW class generator sets since 2006 at a 20,000 m² manufacturing facility served by a fully automatic line; over 2,000 sets have shipped to more than 100 countries.

The 800 kW package is protected to IP23 or higher and can be uprated for dust, humidity, rain or heat.

Heavy-Duty Open Frame Construction

Engine, alternator and control panel sit on a fabricated steel base with anti-vibration mounts. Because the build is open, filters, belts and terminals are all reachable from outside.

800 kW prime / 880 kW standby at 380/220 V, 50 Hz, 1500 rpm — 1000 kVA. Duty assumed for the 800 kW set is continuous prime duty at high load factor, feeding main switchboards with motor-starting and step-load duty.
