In September 2025, the Philippines was hit by three consecutive typhoons (Mina, Bualoi, Bolaven), leaving 37 dead, 14 missing, and over 4.12 million affected. Widespread power outages became a critical barrier to disaster relief—until Digging received a plea for help.
Though it was China’s National Day holiday, Digging acted immediately. The team coordinated warehouses and logistics overnight, shipping mobile generators to Cebu Province in just 36 hours.
Upon arrival, the generators were a breeze to assemble. No professional electricians were needed; local firefighters finished setting up the first unit in under an hour. “So much easier than other models!” they praised. As the generators roared to life, shelters lit up, and victims finally got to charge phones and power medical equipment.
By night, Digging’s mobile units shone as beacons: kids did homework by their light, temporary hospitals kept ventilators running, and families felt a glimmer of hope. Easy to move and use, the generators proved to be a lifeline for the disaster-stricken area.
