Heavy-duty open frame diesel generator sets for sites without a reliable grid
300 kW prime / 330 kW standby — 375 kVA — built as a open frame set package for mid-size industrial and site power.
A factory rarely needs its full installed load when the mains fails — it needs the loads that stop production. This 300 kW open frame set (375 kVA prime, 330 kW standby) is specified against that list. Standby starting reliability is the deciding factor, so the set is sized with headroom for motor starting and the 6ZTAA13-G3 engine is matched to the 300 kW rating. Every unit is load-tested on Outevo production lines.
Every unit is assembled and load-tested on our own production line for the 300 kW class. The set is normally installed in a plant room or beside the workshop, where service access and heat rejection both matter. The open frame build measures 3,100 × 1,300 × 1,950 mm and is protected to IP23 or higher. Shanghai Outevo Machinery Co., Ltd. has manufactured diesel and gas generator sets since 2006 from a 20,000 m² production base in Shandong, and more than 2,000 sets have been delivered to over 100 countries.
Protection on the 300 kW set is IP23 or higher, upgradable for dusty, humid, rainy or high-temperature sites.

Design duty at 300 kW prime and 330 kW standby is automatic standby operation, so the set is sized against motor starting demand rather than the running load alone.
Tier-1 Diesel Engine Platforms
The engine is drawn from the Cummins, Perkins, Weichai and Yuchai platforms, matched to the alternator and load-tested before shipment, which is what proves first-start reliability after long idle periods.
Closed Water-Cooling with Forced Fan
Closed-circuit water cooling with forced fan and a large water tank keeps temperature stable once the set picks up load, which is the moment that stresses the cooling system most.
Industrial Protection and Environmental Adaptability
Sealed dustproof, waterproof and anti-corrosion treatment to IP23 or higher, with uprated protection available for dusty workshops and humid process areas.
Flexible Configuration and Fast Deployment
