Heavy-duty silent diesel generator sets for sites without a reliable grid

300 kW prime / 330 kW standby — 375 kVA — built as a soundproof canopy set package for mid-size industrial and site power.

A hotel or commercial building cannot be evacuated for a two-hour outage, and guests notice a noisy set immediately. This 300 kW silent set (375 kVA prime, 330 kW standby) is specified for that combination. The load profile is dominated by HVAC, lifts and domestic water, all of which have high starting currents. The 6ZTAA13-G3 engine is matched to the 300 kW rating and the enclosure is lined to keep noise inside it.

Every unit is assembled and load-tested on our own production line for the 300 kW class. The silent build measures 4,800 × 1,380 × 2,240 mm, so the set can be installed at basement level or in a service yard close to occupied areas. Heavy-Duty Silent Construction

The 300 kW package is delivered assembled on its base frame, so installation at basement level or in a service yard is limited to positioning, fuel connection and cabling.

300 kW Prime / 330 kW Standby Duty

Design duty at 300 kW prime and 330 kW standby covers lifts, HVAC and domestic water, which start together when the mains drops and set the sizing case for the alternator.

Tier-1 Diesel Engine Platforms

The engine is drawn from the Cummins, Perkins, Weichai and Yuchai platforms, matched to the alternator and load-tested before shipment.

Closed Water-Cooling with Forced Fan

Closed-circuit water cooling with forced fan and a large water tank holds temperature through an outage when the set is running at high load in a plant room.

Sealed dustproof, waterproof and anti-corrosion treatment to IP23 or higher, with fire-system and BMS interfaces available so the set reports into the building panel.
